  5. View Homes
    Visit properties with me or through open houses.

  6. Choose the Right Home
    Select your dream home and make an offer based on comparable sales.

  7. Negotiate the Offer
    We’ll work together to get the best deal.

  8. Offer Accepted
    Deliver the earnest money to secure the deal.

  9. Title Work Begins
    The title company starts processing.

  10. Complete Final Loan Application
    Sign all necessary disclosures.

  11. Schedule a Home Inspection
    Hire a licensed inspector to check the home, test radon levels, and perform a sewer scope.

  12. Negotiate Repairs
    Work with the seller to address any repair needs.

  13. Appraisal Ordered
    Your lender will schedule a home appraisal.

  14. Choose Homeowner’s Insurance
    Get quotes and select the best policy.

  15. Switch Utilities
    Transfer utilities to your name by the date of occupancy.

  16. Final Walk-Through
    Make sure everything is in order before closing.

  17. Closing Day
    Sign the final paperwork at the title company.

  18. Move In!
